If you’re not completely satisfied, then we want to prove you can have a world class adventure vacation in the countries we promote. So we’ll invite you back to experience another Adventure Sense tour of similar value, free of charge.
If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your tour, then raise it with your guide or any member of the office team and give us 24 hours to resolve it.
How it Works?
There are no strings attached.
In order to qualify for the guarantee, you must raise the issue with your guide or any member of the office team within 24 hours and while on the tour, so that we have the opportunity to take immediate action to rectify the situation.
If there’s an issue that we haven’t managed to resolve to your satisfaction, simply fill out the form and send it back to us within 30 days after you end up your trip.
We’ll discuss a suitable outcome with you which may result in a credit note up to the value of the trip price.
The 100% Satisfaction Guarantee applies to all the adventure tours booked directly with us or bookings made via agents.
